Mavee is a personal productivity application that:

• Connects your calendar, contacts, and reminders into a unified timeline
• Provides AI-powered insights and summaries using on-device processing
• Supports connections to Apple, Google, and Microsoft accounts
• Processes all data locally on your device

3. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is fundamental to Mavee. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled. Key points:

• All data processing occurs on your device
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data
• We do not operate servers or databases

4. Account Connections

When you connect third-party accounts (Google, Microsoft), you:

• Authorize Mavee to access data from those services on your behalf
• Agree to comply with those services' terms of service
• Can revoke access at any time through the App or the provider's settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App in ways that could harm others

6. Intellectual Property

Mavee and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of any information

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to your data on your device
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mavee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
